The SRT, in collaboration with Sunderland
University, will hold it’s first advanced / elite
rider study on Sept 12th and 13th, utilising the new Xsens
system. The testing will take place at a number of venues,
including riders' own venues (must have indoor arena). Although
the timing falls between Burghley horse trials and the British
Dressage Championships, the nature of the testing is non-invasive
and non-taxing.
Participant requirements:
- Any discipline
- Dressage,
- Showjumping or
- Eventing

Elite - must be
national team or long list for selection in current
or previous season, and be riding the selected horse/s
in study

Advanced - must
be currently competing at advanced / Grade A and be
riding the advanced horse(s) in study
- Riders competing at other levels but that are interested
will be added to a wait list

Test – will
include walk, trot and canter on both reins. The data
capture process will only take a few minutes.
